This was supposed to be just another unforgettable night at a Coldplay concert in Massachusetts.

In a twist blending corporate headlines with concert gossip, Andy Byron, CEO of AI firm Astronomer, is making waves not just in tech, but now on social media after being caught on a Coldplay concert kiss cam in an intimate moment with a colleague.
The woman by his side? Kristin Cabot, Astronomer’s Chief Human Resources Officer, whom Byron publicly celebrated just months ago.
Byron had gushed over Cabot’s hiring in a November 2024 press release, calling her “a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies” and commending her ability to “foster diverse, collaborative workplaces.” Cabot had joined Astronomer after her stint at data analytics firm Neo4j, and was tasked with steering the company through its rapid growth.
Cabot, in turn, expressed excitement at joining Astronomer, saying she felt “energized in my conversations with Andy and the leadership team.”

That energy was certainly on display Wednesday night, when the pair were broadcast cuddling on the jumbotron at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts. As the crowd reacted, Coldplay’s Chris Martin quipped, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Neither Byron nor Cabot has responded publicly to the viral moment, but the combination of corporate admiration and concert canoodling has put their relationship — and the company’s workplace dynamics — in the spotlight.
