Tom Homan, President Donald Trump’s border czar, stirred headlines after challenging anti-ICE protesters during a fiery speech at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Tampa, declaring, “You want some? Come get some.”
His response came after a heckler accused him of being tied to MS-13, prompting Homan to confront the crowd and mock the protester.
The audience erupted in chants of “U-S-A” as Homan defended the role of ICE agents and warned that any physical attacks on federal officers would not be tolerated.
He stated that under the Trump administration, ICE will launch what he called the “largest deportation operation” in U.S. history.
Homan accused opponents of law enforcement of spreading “dangerous lies” and said that recent attacks on agents reflect what he described as “radical leftist propaganda.
He argued that ICE officers deserve respect, describing them as the “top one percent” of law enforcement and claiming they have been unfairly targeted by politicians and activists.
Homan’s remarks come as tensions continue to rise around immigration policy and federal enforcement tactics.
Critics say his words were inflammatory and could fuel further division, especially in cities where ICE operations have led to clashes.
Supporters, however, praised his bluntness and commitment to restoring order along the southern border.
As deportation efforts increase, the administration has made clear that it will not pull back in the face of protest or political pushback.
The Biden-era pause is officially over, and Trump’s enforcement strategy is back in full force.
